Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists is an AAHA accredited 24 hour emergency and specialty facility providing urgent and critical care to animals. We are located in Loveland, Colorado, our business was established in March of 2014. We have a staff of 60 dedicated specialists and team members, a state of the art facility, providing care to a diverse population of referral, urgent, critical and emergency patients at our hospital. We are team devoted to providing our patients, their families and their veterinarians with high quality patient care and excellent client service.

We are seeking an experienced Cardiologist for a full time position to join our collegial group offering referral services in the fields of internal medicine, surgery, oncology, imaging, critical care and dentistry. Job Responsibilities

At Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists we need a Cardiologist to establish a cardiology service and expand specialty continued care options. Full time practice will include a qualified primary technician with additional support staff. Board certification or pending boards required. This is what we are looking for in a candidate:

Builds rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to, and empathizing with their concerns
Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis.
Maintains client/patient medical records and makes certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols.
Stays current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
Assists in the development of the professional team to ensure delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service.
Presents a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.

Skills and Basic Qualifications

License in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed.
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
Makes decisions confidently and effectively.
Manages time and tasks appropriately.
Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth.
