Office Manager/Asst. Controller Our client, an automobile dealership located in Northern Colorado, is seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated individual as their Office Manager/Asst. Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the accounting office, which include but are not limited to the recording of automobile sales, A/P, A/R, bank deposits, processing of title paperwork, G/L account reconciliations, and office management responsibilities along with other functions as assigned. Qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting practices along with the ability to respond to dynamic situations in a fast paced environment, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent judgment, decision making abilities, communication skills and experience in the dealership industry are essential to this position.
